Weird sleeping problems?

When i was from age 8-14 i would "wake up (sleep walk)" and Run through my house screeming but just end up going back to my room and ping out by my door (according to my 5 family members). But now im 16 and i have this problem. i sleep in just my boxers, and lately when i wake up in the morning im wearing clothes... and usally its stuff i keep in my closet. If I start to load iTunes and try to load all of this music (from laptop) to my iPod, does it automatically replace the old MP3/WMA files with converted AAC files? Or does it just make a new copy? There is a guy in my cl and my teacher igned me to work on a couple projects in cl together. We both had to stand up to work on the project and he kept standing so close to me when there was plenty of room. He kept brushing his arm against mine very subtly. He did this multiple times. Okay everybody Ever since i got my steel toed boots like at the beginning of the school year i have worn them every day, day in day out. I like them they are comfortable to me and i like how they look. I wore them with everything. not just jeans. I wore them with jeans,shorts,sweatpants, wind pants. everything i wore them so much the school gave me a free 68 dollar pair of shoes because they thought i couldnt afford shoes. i thought i was going crazy at first but now i just dont know. the story starts here. i work in a house at night. i work also during the day and never get the same feelings as i do at night. anyways 3 men live in this house. in one of the mens room he has a full length mirror we have to keep covered with a sheet or he wont go in that room. he is not scared of any other mirrors, just that one. his room is always ice cold even when the door is shut. he does not have a vent in his room at all. the other guys room that have vents are not as cold as his is. during the day when i walk in his room i feel nothing, then at night when i go into check on him i feel like something is lurking and watching. the air is very heavy and i feel like almost anxiety state. when i walk down the hall from his room i feel like going at a dead run cause it feels someone is following me or looking at me. but when i hit the living room i am fine. i have heard what sounds like footsteps in the kitchen. we have had batteries come up missing from the clocks or just turned around when no one is there or while they are sleeping. some nights the guy in spooky room will wake up all during the night and will refuse to go back to bed and sleeps in his recliner. he cant talk so we dont know why. we had an older lady work there and she said she seen an orb floating, but i have never seen anything outright. so i dont know if i believe her. but all of us agree that after midnight something goes on in the house. and just this month since it started getting colder at night alot more stranger feelings have been going on. am i crazy?

By all accounts this woman did not work, but she sure knew how to play. They hired me to care for their 2 year old son and 4 week old baby. This woman wanted nothing to do with her kids, until her husband got home from work. Now that I have my own son, I could never imagine doing that. How selfish of a woman to hire help when she does nothing all day. Do you agree?

Any suggestions for dealing with an aggressive 'stray'?

A neighbour (I can't find which) has a habit of letting their dogs roam, either intentionally or just by a lack of attention. They are both large, and one in particular, some kind of sharpei/chow mix is very aggressive. The first time I encountered him I saw a dog loose on my land, and thought one of mine had escaped, until it turned at growled at me. It then trotted around to the front door and did the same to my boyfriend. The other just seems to tag along for company. The aggressive dog frequently comes onto my property (I have a fenced area for my dogs) and tries to fight with my dogs through the fence. I have also seen him on more than one occasion bothering my neighbour's horse. Needless to say he is unneutered. He has a collar and tags, but I don't care to get close enough to read them. Does anyone have any creative solutions for removing him/running him off permanently? Animal control can't arrive in time, and I don't want the owner to retaliate if we shoot it .

Honestly, it's a tad bit upsetting that you would swear at her, but I don't know a single parent that has not yelled at their baby out of pure frustration. I too have yelled at my son simply because he refused to stop hitting my tv screen. What matters is that you don't harm your child physically and calm yourself down. Children know how to test us like no other! They truly know how to push our ons. Maybe you could leave her with hubby or a babysitter while you have a little "me time" just to relax for a bit and let everything go. I find a nice bubble bath really helps me calm down a bit when the little one is driving me crazy.

The company I work for in Arkansas is in a sales slump and has required all salaried personnel to work six days a week. I have been doing this but it has led to major burnout and I have basically given up trying to do my job because I don't care. I have been here four years and this is the worse this company has been. I have tried and talk to my boss about this but he said that this is straight from the owner and that if you don't like it you can go somewhere else. I am trying to find another job but when you work 6 12 hour days it is hard to find another job. If I refuse to work my day off and they fire me will I be eligible for unemployment?
