I Need Help...NYE outfit Ideas!?

hey everyone! i help out a local rock band at their shows selling merch for them. well we have a show on NYE this year. i have never gone out on NYE so i have no clue what to wear. usually to shows i wear jeans and a cute top. i want to make the guys i work for heads turn and go wow without looking like a . the venue doesnt have heat and they usually keep the doors open so it may be chilly but i figure i can always bring a jacket. i ned help. plus any hair/makeup ideas would help too!
