Is it ok to drink a half a cup of my own blood?

i don't think it would be bad. its only half a cup. i mean..imagine if you got knocked in the mouth...and your mouth was full of blood. you'd swallow some...atleast half a cup haha. im serious though. i don't think it could be bad. but i thought blood had to be moved...stirred. because it settles.
