I recently asked a question about what, in Canadian Legal terms, qualifies someone as a proffessional trapper?
or as someone "in the occupation of trapping". To try to get a better answer to my question I will be more specific. In Bill C-68, the Firearms Act, sections 18-20 say that there are certian people who can get issued an ATC (Authorization to Carry) permit. This means you would be allowed to carry restricted guns on your person, concealed or unconcealed, and one of those types of people listed were "proffessional trappers", or someone in the "occupation of trapping". I was wondering if having a fur bearers trappers license is all I would need in order to be issued a ATC (Authorization to Carry).
