A question for conservatives and Liberals,Democrats and Republicans?

No one denies that the middle cl has lost representation in Washington. Most folks that I talk to believe that the process began in the middle to late seventies and was completed sometime between Bush senior and the Clinton administration.My question to you is which party or ideology is most likely to return that lost representation to the middle cl . Reasons backing up your beliefs please.
