It probably would be a good idea to go to the doctor's office just in case. You're probably too early along to feel the severe pain that ectopic pregnancy can cause, but you don't want to let it get to that point because your tube could rupture, causing future fertility challenges. It would be a very smart move to be safe rather than waiting and being sorry.
