At a concert, if you have seats can you go down to the floor (general admission)?

My friends and I just ordered tickets to the Blink 182 show in August at the Xcel Energy Center in Minneapolis, Mn. We got seats because general admission wasn't available, but can we still go down to the floor? I went to a Weezer show there in October, but had a general admission ticket for that concert.
