Question for dentists or those with experience?

As a Trainee-Dentist I am 100% sure it's an abcess. You need to be put to sleep promptly and get it extracted, because the infection is at the root of the tooth, this is very dangerous as it can spread to the brain...You must see your dentist and be prepared to be sedated..When there are no visable signs of a tooth-ache that can only mean a big dangerous painful abscess at the root of the tooth...Please go now otherwise pain will be intense and Dentist's wont be able to treat it then because even anestetic wont get rid of the pain.
