Should I get money for this or not?

I bbsit for a Dr this week she was on call. I didnt have to bbsit, but I had to be aware of her phone call just in case she was called in. Now she gets paid whether or not she is called in. My question is should she pay me for being attentive to her phone call, even though she wasnt called in? I am debating on this since she didnt call me however I had to be checking my cell at all times. I would also like to add on that besides babysitting I also tidy up her kitchen ex: wash her dishes, wipe down counters, and throw her trash away.....She always tells me that I dont have to clean her kitchen, but every time I go back to bbsit her son her kitchen is a mess..last week I left her kitchen just the way she left it dirty dishes everywhere&counters stained.she came home&quickly started washing dishes&cleaning the kitchen, she didnt say anything. I could tell by her attitude she was expecting to come home to a clean kitchen. Why does she tell me I dont have to clean&then give an attitude?
