How can I convince my Mom to let me buy Guinea Pigs?

You have to asure your mom that you will feed, clean, and maintain the cage and do it consistently, because guinea pigs can get pretty messy pretty fast. And they can stink if not maintained properly. Also it is better for the health of the animal to keep it in a clean cage.
