because most people don't understand fighting and want to see the strongest win against someone with reall skill. Most UFC fans are fans of grappling styles as they have been sold that all fights end on the ground. Lyoto goes against this dogma and shows that a real karateka with great skill can hold his own against anyone. They don't like that so say that he should not move out of the way and take a punch. do you ever wonder why the Great Fedor does not enter UFC?
