Why north Indian politicians are trying to indulge in political issues an Maharashtra?

It looks like that north Indian big guns like Lalluprasad Yadav and Amarsingh & Arjun singh are trying their luck and trying to have a base in maharashtra.This can be because of the issues they could not resolve in Up and Bihar as far as employment to their own people and upliftment of their own region.To hide their inadequacies and to divert the public attention from the real issues in UP and Bihar like poverty and unemployment.This also ensures them a representation in maharashtra politics for wellbeing of north indians at the cost of maharashtra government and taxpayers of Mumbai.Why government of maharashtra giving a nelson's eye to their goals,or they are acting dumb.The discussions about maharashtra are made in delhi wthout equal number of marathi representation, calling it a Big Fight with conclusions drawn against marathi people. One lady participant even had an odacity to say that only fishermen are the sons of soil of Mumbai islands and not all other maharashtrians.
