If I am laid of on H-3 visa, is my employer liable to pay for my air ticket back home?

I will be completing 2-years in H3 visa. The intent of H3 is that employees are trained in US for 2 years or less and then are provided employment by the company in other countries. I have doentation where my company stated that they intend to employ me in other region after 2 years. However, now it seems they'll terminate my employment. I want to know are they liable to pay for my airfare back home / severance?
