Got pulled over! how much is ticket goin to be? and what is a cl a offense?

ok today i was driving and got pulled of by a local cop. i live in norman, oklahoma. i was cited for a improper equipment violation and it says violation in section 20-602. i have looked up that section and cant find it. the only thing it says its a type a offense. i was wondering could anybody tell me possibly a round about price and what a cl a offense is. thanks
