Question about cheating boyfrineds?

my ex boyfrined cheated on me twice, he had this girl sleep over and he felt her up both the times for a couple of seconds. i ended it with him but he reallyyyyyyy wants me back and i feel sorry for him and he is like all cut about the situation and i dont kow what to do. i dunno if he deserves another chance. :/ should i go back with him or not?
